This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on pay4keys.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by BITLANE LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Digital Products Only

  • All Products sold on our Website are digital game keys and delivered electronically.

  • As digital goods cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are considered final.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. The Product key is invalid or non-functional.

  2. The Product was not delivered due to a system error.

  3. The Product received is different from what was purchased.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The Product key was successfully delivered and activated.

  • The Product is incompatible with your device due to system requirements.

  • The issue is caused by your internet connection, hardware, or software setup.

  • You change your mind after the purchase.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact our support team at hi@pay4keys.com within 7 days of purchase.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  3. If applicable, provide evidence (e.g., screenshots of error messages) to support your claim.

All refund requests will be reviewed individually, and the decision of BITLANE LTD will be final.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

Since all Products are digital, exchanges are not available. In rare cases, we may provide a replacement key if the original key was invalid.
